1. Processing Times
* Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
* Custom Orders: Since Ni’ihau shell jewelry is hand-strung, custom pieces may take 2–3 weeks to complete before shipping. We will provide you with a specific timeline via email for all custom commissions.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We primarily use USPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery from Hawaii to the mainland and beyond.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Signature Requirement & Insurance
To protect your investment:
* Orders over $100 may require a signature upon delivery.
* All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit.
5. International Shipping
We currently ship to USA and India. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mahina Creations LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at mahinacreationsllc@gmail.com within 48 hours. Please include photos of the packaging and the jewelry so we can process an insurance claim and get a replacement to you as soon as possible.
